Westhaven Tariff with Terms and Conditions
We would respectfully remind guests that a confirmed reservation constitutes a contract between themselves and Westhaven.Reservations
Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of credit/debit card details with your full postal address and contact telephone. A non-refundable deposit is required (normally one night’s stay) at the time of booking. All special offers is only applies by booking direct through to Westhaven and not through by other Agents
Payment
You pay for your room on arrival or on the day of departure. We accept payment by Cash, UK Debit card , Credit cards (3% to 4% charges)All Card charges is to be paid on departure. Sorry, we do not accept American Express , Euros, Cheques and Travellers Cheques. All one night stay , must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Room prices
From £25 to £40.00 (Room prices are normally quoted per person per night or per room per night and are inclusive of breakfast.
Cancellations.
Reservations may be cancelled up to 14 days prior to the day of arrival (without any extra charges). Any confirmed reservation cancelled within 14 days of the arrival date, or No-shows, will be charged in full balance of the whole booking.(Please note: deposit paid at the time of booking is non-refundable)
If, after your arrival, you decide to shorten your stay and leave before the end of the full duration of your booking, you will be charged the full balance of your full booking. We would strongly advise you to take up travel insurance.
Arrival and departure
Rooms are available from 4 pm to 7 pm on the arrival date. If you anticipate arriving earlier than this or later please let us know and we will endeavour to ensure your room is available. If you think you will be late you must inform us, if not the room will be re-let after 7 pm without further notice to you.
Your room must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
Breakfast
Breakfast is served between 7.30am to 8.30am.
Packed breakfast available for early check out, (please tell us the night before). Packed lunch available from £5.00 (please tell us the night before).
Customers on special diets e.g. Vegetarians, Vegans, gluten and wheat free, dairy free etc, please let us know before arrival.
- Please note:
We regret that NO pets are allowed, NO children under 12's and No Smoking in the house. ON THE DAY DEPARTURE,please check your room that you have not left any valuables or clothes.Westhaven cannot be held responsible for valuables or belongings that is left in the room. If you wish us to post any left belongings, please contact us ASAP. We would require payment paid over the phone or by online Paypal for postage and packaging before posting to you. - Laundry service
Available for guests staying two nights or more . Wash and dry from £10.00 (not ironed). - Damages charges
A charge will be applied to the value of repairs or replacements required for damages to fittings and furnishing which are found in bedroom subsequent to a guest’s departure. We reserve the right to charge after departure.
